ABOUT ME
Personal Profile
As a filmmaker, I lean towards personal and captivating stories, ones that often go untold by mainstream media. My goal in life and as a storyteller is to create meaningful films that inspire. Therefore I look to the world around me and create stories from what I witness, whether that is beautiful lighting that inspired my very first short film (I Forgot How To Be Me, 2021) or a simple question that resulted in my film (Alone, 2022). With each film, I grow as a person, have more freedom to experiment (Spellbound, 2023) and become more knowledgeable in my craft, which is something I wish to continue moving forward with my career.
PREVIOUS WORK
FINDING PEACE
Graduation Film, 2023
Finding Peace was the biggest undertaking of my career so far. For my Graduation film I knew I wanted to go out with a bang and what better way than a post-apocalypse lesbian love story. To date Finding Peace has over 90 thousand views on YouTube, with many people commenting their love and appreciation for the film - something which reminds me of how important it is to share untold stories.
SPELLBOUND
University Short Film, 2023
Spellbound is my first attempt and comedy, a genre I personally enjoy. Unlike my previous films, we shot this in a TV studio and therefore built the entire set which was a significant undertaking. We only had the location for two days which put pressure on myself to ensure everything was completed on time. Thanks to my preparation and the crew I hand-selected we created something I am truly proud of.
ALONE
University Short Film - 2022
Alone is the second short film I have written and directed, this time with increased challenges. The film follows the experience of walking home alone at night as a woman. Shooting a student film at night in winter isn't ideal but under my leadership, the film ended up being a great success.
STAIRWAY TO SEVEN
University Documentary - 2022
Stairway To Seven tells the true story of the gender-fluid Drag Queen Seven in their own words. While documentary isn't my preferred media I rose to the challenge of conveying Sevens story with beauty and honesty.
I FORGOT HOW TO BE ME
University Short Film - 2021
I Forgot How To Be Me was my first real experience at directing a short film. Using barriers created by the coronavirus I created a story filmed entirely outside a window. It was a unique way of storytelling one I wish to expand on in the future. The story itself is deeply personal to me and one I am glad to tell honestly.

STUDENT LIFE
Content Creator
In 2021 I began work as a Student Video Producer for the University Of Lincoln. This entails filming and editing promotional videos for the university. Eventually, this led to becoming a content creator alongside my role as an SVP. Then I began to host videos and create content for social media. My job has given me a large number of opportunities such as speaking at conferences and meeting other creative people. I have gained valuable insight into how social media can be used to an advantage and my confidence continues to grow when being in front of the camera.
